Nathanson and Company has applied two primary methods for improving operational processes and reducing costs.  First, we optimize each business activity or service in the most efficient and cost effective manner.  Second, we eliminate the need to perform an activity altogether by reducing the demand for a service or eliminating the underlying condition that led to the need for the service.

 

Together, we call these methods “Service Economics”.
