The Rapid Assessment Process

We start by gathering data about your organization through three primary methods :

 

Documentation review

We ask for specific, existing documentation related to your operations such as financials, process and procedure documentation, project analysis, portfolio management statistics and ticket and time reporting.  If the data does not exist, we will obtain the required information through proprietary methods.

 

Surveys

We survey the appropriate in scope managers to understand the work they perform.  Our survey identifies items such as types of work performed, sources of work, team utilization and significant challenges and provides triangulation to the existing data.

 

Interviews

Using a structured interview template, we interview the appropriate key stakeholders, from managers through senior executives, in order to obtain the required data to perform our analysis.

 

Once our data gathering is complete, we analyze the data and produce a comprehensive report that details findings and recommendations that will allow you to transform your organization as required to improve efficiency and reduce cost.  We validate our findings and recommendations with all key players, so the final deliverable contains information that is supported by your team.

 

Our final deliverable includes a program roadmap which outlines how to transform from your current state to the desired future state.
